HSP Meditation
Ki-energy awareness exercise

HSP Meditation or Ji-Gam introduces the awareness of Ki-energy through direct experience. It is a meditative exercise which develops the sixth sense so that practitioners can feel the invisible Ki-energy.

The first step in feeling Ki-energy is to acknowledge that it exists. This invisible bio-energy is tangible. It cannot be observed through the five senses of sight, sound, taste, smell or touch. A sensitivity, which most people call the sixth sense is necessary to understand the existence of this energy.

"Ji-Gam" means detaching from the outside consciousness of the five senses and going into the inner consciousness of the sixth sense. With concentration and a willingness to discover another level of awareness, Ki-energy is accessible through Ji-Gam.
Ji-Gam exercise focuses on the hands because the hands are the most sensitive past of the body. Through the practice of Ji-Gam the brain waves are lowered to the beta state and the mind and body harmonise allowing a sense of peace and relaxation. Stress levels are decreased and the body's healing mechanism's are activated.
