Brain Wave Vibration is simple

Brain Wave Vibration training is one of the simplest forms of Brain Education, and also one of the most effective. It focuses on the most basic part of the brain, the brain stem. Your brain stem is critical to your health because it is the area of your brain that controls breathing, heart rate, stress response, and all the other many automatic functions of the body

This training is all about freedom. It is about allowing your brain stem to work as it was always meant to work. Life is supposed to be free and natural, but we often suppress our brain’s natural abilities through the stress and emotions that we habitually feel. Every living creature possesses natural healing ability, which is essentially the ability to bring ones body back into equilibrium or a normal state of health.

It helps to reduce stress

Essentially, this training is designed to get your neo-cortex (the thinking part of your brain) out of the way of your brain stem. If you are under continual stress, it is likely that your brain stem cannot re-establish equilibrium in your body. Your neo-cortex is constantly sending messages to your brain stem that keep you in a ‘fight-or-flight’ state. Over time, this will create great wear and tear on your body and mind.

So how do you get out of the vicious cycle of stress? You just need to get out of the way of the brain stem and let it do its work. By helping to calm and empty your thinking mind, Brain Wave Vibration training allows you to bypass the negative thought patterns and emotions that keep you constantly in a state of stress

Brain Wave Vibration training uses vibrations in the body to change the vibrations in the brain, creating waves that resonate properly with the rest of your bodily functions.
