GAE HYUL

"Gae" means to open or awaken and "Hyul" is the name for the acupressure points in the body. This practice opens up the acupressure points and the meridian channels, restoring the natural flow of Ki-energy throughout the body. When all the blockages are removed, practitioners are able to breathe more deeply. A sense of emotional stability and mental clarity arises out of this practice which facilitates deeper meditation and increased energy sensitivity.

HEALING CHAKRA

The Healing Chakra Tour is an annual event led by the Head of the Tao Fellowship and the U.S. Healer School. This event is preceded and succeeded by local centre preparation and follow-up training to facilitate opening and activation of one's chakras and growth path to spiritual completion for Shin In Hap Il.

SHIMSUNG

Shim-Sung" means "True Self". This practice helps the practitioners see through the defensive walls of the ego, past controlling dramas, to finally discover their True Self. with this discovery they uncover their life's purpose.
Practitioners dispense with old habits, emotions, and fixations. The empowering experience of meeting their True Self instills self-confidence, acceptance and happiness. Knowing the True Self leads to developing harmonious relationships based on trust and love.
With the changes in their personalities through Shim-Sung, practitioners are able to re-align their lives towards their true purpose. They can set up the goal of working towards Human Perfection to improve not only their lives but the lives of people around them.
